Finding Authentic Meaning
After the thunderstorm he leaves the nursery, stops on the terrace, and looks at the stars. The storm drifts. He cannot understand with his reason why he prays, and he will still go on praying. His whole life, apart from anything that can happen, is no more meaningless. The secret is for him alone. He will not make a doctrine of it.
