Key Insight:
Guilt often arrives as a project. You are invited to fix the people they used, so they do not have to face the people they discarded. Declining the project is the boundary. A counter-essay is optional.
A House That Was Never a Negotiation
The General ends the visit at dawn. Eleanor must deliver the order. Catherine has no hearing. Chapter 13 worked because peers could still be corrected. A host who never expected to hear no can change the locks. Leave with your name even if you cannot keep the invitation.

Learn the difference between a friend you can overwrite and a power that does not take dictation. Some rooms are not a conversation. Surviving them without adopting their story is still a boundary.
